Thanks kitkat for starting this thread!
I'm not sure when we will attempt as I am still waiting for AF post surgery. Not sure either if we should wait another cycle or not. My aftercare is so poor - no follow up appointment - no 'assigned' OB so I don't even know who to ask apart from my gp.
I'm back on LE diet but a lot less strict. I'm skipping breakfast but will be looking at a healthier calories intake as for me it is hard not to associate my ectopic pregnancy with my swaying. (It prob didnt caused it but still makes me Realise that i shouldnt compromise my health at all cost). I'm taking folic acid. That's it.
I'm still BF my DS3, have interrupted sleep and I'm hoping this will sway a little.
BD every 4 days.
At the moment I have hardly any CM - really dried up (sorry TMI)- its maybe a post surgery effect?
Oh and as we are 'vintage' I also hope this will sway :-).

Can I join you guys?
I was hoping to ttc in April but thanks to my cycle messing up and so I haven't had af (1 week late - not preg!). So now I will be trying this cycle, just waiting for af. Wish I knew why it's late this time, I feel like all my calcs will be out now
. Good luck to all of you trying this month!
Welcome back Mumofsix, very sorry for your loss xx
A bit about me - I have two boys 6 and 4 and had a m/c in Nov13. TTC a girl whenever I can now! Have been on the diet since Jan14, taking supps, dh too, and praying

LaVieEnRose - sorry to hear about your aftercare, its sad when patients are just a number to the docs
- I hope you are recovering well despite the circumstances. It sounds sensible to be going more carefully now after what has happened, I think we would all be the same.
Lyagirl - welcome and I am sorry for your loss last year. What supps are you taking? They might be messing up your cycle.
I feel another cold coming on, honestly I have had so many in the last 6 months, I havent minded because I think it will help the sway, if only they could be timed with O! It surprises me because my diet is so healthy - so many fruits and veggies I must be getting loads of vitamins. Oh well.....

Don't the health systems seriously suck!! It makes me so cross! Here, we can't even afford to go to the GP let alone get any scans or anything done. Our public hospital system is shocking and ER is always full of patients that really just need a GP visit but can't afford it. And there is no follow up or after care either. Im the same with not knowing what to do with regards to trying again after my loss as I can't afford the Dr's appointment and there is none else!
I think you're amazing to be back here and back swaying after whet you've been through and its good to hear you're recovering well. I think what you're doing with a more "relaxed" sway is great. Hopefully both our bodies will be back in full swing soon and we can try again for those hopefully healthier BFP's. Sending you hugs.Mum of 9 boys & my stillborn angel daughter, Shaylah Anne 20/02/2015

Vitex can delay O - are you stopping it just before you expect to O?
You should keep taking the folic acid.
You don't need to take magnesium or cranberry.
And definitely don't worry about whether you have messed up or not
