    I think it would be that friday so 3 days inbetween. It's not the plan I followed though so I can't say for sure. It just makes more sense it would be mon and then Friday. You don't want too much sperm building up, it's preferential for it to die mostly inbetween attempts.

    I was doing the every 4 days because I was getting sick and tired of OPKs during that cycle of 95 days. but then it was getting too much so we decided to just BD when we feel like it and then once at pos OPK depending on when the last BD was. In any case we have BD twice in the past week and again tonight (would be tomorrow but DH is out) so at the moment I know I'm in with a shot if I have a false negative. I'm going to take another test today, my pee has been too pale for 2 hours and now I haven't drank anything for 2 hours so will test soon.

    The every 4 days plan is great for people who can keep up the every 4 days as you then don't need to bother with those pesky opks

    Well I took the test and it's still negative however the darkest line so far so I guess that's progress!!

    July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
    Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

    Ridiculous isn't it! Hubby doesn't get it at all lol.
    Now do I start taking all sups again? Cranberry, folic acid, vitex and magnesium? I'll be ttc whenever I get pos opk now
