If DH would only agree to do one or two things for pink sway, what would you recommend?

    Hi Atomic,

If DH would only agree to do one or two things for pink sway, what would you recommend?
I know there are no magic bullets, but some things must sway pink more than others.

I suspect I can ask DH to do 1 or 2 things for the sway, but of course I cannot have him do a full sway like me ;-)

In this case and for anyone else thinking the same thing, what is that one or two things that from you experience seem to sway more pink for DH?

    Thanks a bunch

Great question, can't wait to see some answers from the experts. I'm not an expert but my dh is complying with frequency (doing FR) and taking Ole. He's also complying with the one attempt only and cutting down a tiny bit on red meat.

My guess is abstain/FR and sticking to one attempt. Maybe you could get him to also exercise before attempt (if he already exercises) or agree to a hot bath (if he likes baths). I didn't even ask my DH to do anything as he thinks swaying is a bunch of nonsense.

I'd like my hubby to use the exercise bike regularly for our next sway & I will do the same

frequency (abstain vs FR) isn't getting as great results as one attempt. I think One attempt is important, and it seem licorice root is getting good results.

My DH is only doing olive leaf extract and licorice root. They both seem to be getting good results.

We'll do one attempt, but I don't think of that as something only he's doing.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

Thank you all, yes we plan one attempt and FR (through DTD mostly, as he likes that idea more), but I was thinking of adding 1 or 2 things more that he can do on his end without my involvement ;-)

DH is the same, he says it is a 50/50 chance and thinks I am reading way too much into this...
I would still like to give it a go though

I couldn't even talk to my DH about swaying without a bunch of eye roll and "you don't really think that is going to work... do you?". Every time I would talk to him about swaying it started making me mad and frustrated and made me think he wasn't supportive of trying to have a DD. It became a source of tension, anger, and frustration. I asked him if he would take a few supplements and he flat out said no (how hard it is to take a pill??). So... I just stopped talking about it all together with him and never talked about it with him again. He never brought it up and I never told him what I was doing behind the scenes. To this day he still has no idea about the changes I made and if he did all he would say (with an eye roll) is "probably just coincidence". I found that making the changes I did to actually be very relaxing and easy. I made the changes that I thought would give me the best shot at having a girl without a lot of pain and stress. Things they fit into my life.

What I am trying to say is you CAN have a great girl sway without DH. Don't let him stress you out or make you feel like you are crazy for trying. I think you are smart for just asking him to do a couple of things and not pushing him and causing tension. GL and I hope you get your little girl!!

Thank you WantingPink!! DH sounds just like mine, I do not have high hopes, but thought it would not hurt asking...

Only thing I know he would take gladly are his antihistamines from Spring to early autumn so hope that will sway if he does not go along with the other suggestions
