Most women will not get pregnant from a 5 day cut-off. But there are those few who do so. I think fertile mucus needs to be involved (I get fertile mucus 4-5 days before O, so it's possible) and it needs to be pretty good conditions. So, not impossible. But not likely.

We may be done, we may come back for one more sway. Time will tell. At the moment, we are very content with our family!

technically 5-7 days under absolutely ideal circumstances, but those circumstances are not at all something that occurs often at all and it's unclear if, after having survived all that time, those sperm are capable of fertilizing anything.

Functionally, 3-4 days under good circumstances, 1-2 under normal, and hours under poor ones.

Yes thanks - the data indicates that if you had fertile mucus the day before BD (which is unusual 7 DBO but not totlaly impossible) and after BD, you're in with some shot, no matter how distant.

I am not trying to secondguess anyone's experience, however the most likely scenario is that you ovuated early with these conceptions. It happened to me once where I had intercourse literally right after AF ended and got pg, and I almost certianly ovulated early that month. It does happen.
