Hubby and I had a problem finding the FULL FAT yogurt. So could you please give me a brand name to look for? And is full fat the same as yogurt made with whole milk? I found something called Stonyfield online and may look for it in the stores if you think that's a good idea. Also what's the difference between Greek and regular? Which one would be better? Would this work for a once a day yogurt serving?

I told hubby about the yogurt and he promised to pick some up next time he's paid. As far as diet, if I started my diet (salmon twice a week, yogurt every day, 1200mcg folic acid per day, vitamins 3times a week, and fiber gummies daily) on the 28th, how long should I wait before we actually try? I've seen some places say a few months and some say a few weeks.
Also I've read many conflicting statements about timing and methods. My husband bought me some RepHresh and Clearblue Advanced Digital ovulation test (10 sticks) to help figure out this timing stuff. I read that putting a finger glob of RepHresh before sex and another glob after will help sway a girl because it'll keep the environment at a PH of 4.5 even after the sperm get in there. And I want to up my chances any way I can.
I'm thinking of having hubby take a hot bath and then trying 1-2 times during the time my calendar app says I'm fertile, plus maybe the o+12 thing (since I heard it's very girl friendly). Would that be enough or should I aim for more? Should I do girl on top or missionary (where he's on top)? Should I lay there after or go quickly run in the bath and wash off?

Also it may be nothing but my husband and I had sex on the 4th (2 days after my app says I ovulated) and about a day after I had started bleeding and kept bleeding for 4 days and then had a fever. Then it all went away but I'm supposed to have started my period this month and nothing so far. Is it possible that I miscarried again? Does the sperm+egg process go that fast or does it take a few days? If it was a miscarriage, how long can I expect my period to be on a hiatus? I just wonder because the ovulation test says I have to start testing on day 10 and if I don't have my period I don't know how I'll figure that out. I went to the doc just to make sure I'm ok and she said I just have a little yeast and the pregnancy test was negative. So not sure.

I would have you start trying right away, it may take a few months to get pregnant.
We are not getting good results with the RepHresh. THe same number of people are getting boys both with and without it, and this number is the same as the overall success rates of the site, meaning that it is doing nothing. It is preventing people from getting pregnant. If you want to give it a try that is totally up to you but I would def. have you use it further out than right before sex (it will kill off all sperm) and do not use anything afterwards (it will kill sperm and also it's too late to do any good anyway)
Try ONLY one time. That has gotten by far the best results for us.
Timing does not sway. It has been 1000% debunked and as for O+12, you may as well take a birth control pill. Do not bother with it, it doesn't work. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html
http://genderdreaming.com/forum/tryi...9-no-12-a.html The only reason why O+12 even looks like it's doing anything is because it is one attempt. The success rates for O+12 and one attempt at any time in the fertile window are identical. So to try for O+12 and drop one attempt is a huge mistake. Keep the one attempt and have it at a point in your cycle (before ovulation) when you're actually in with a chance of pregnancy.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

The apps are not reliable. Please don't put too much stock into them. All they are is when the average person will ovulate based on your info, but that is not set in stone and changes all the time.
That was NOT a miscarriage. It takes 7-10 days for a fertilized egg to implant and there just is no way that bleeding a couple days after ovulation would have triggered any kind of bleeding. What most likely happened, is that around ovulation your cervix becomes very soft and can be easily injured by BD and sometimes this makes a little spotting. The fever is unusual and I"m glad the doctor checked that out. One time I had a fever with a pretty bad yeast infection and hopefully that was all that it was. Have you ever had a transvaginal ultrasound to check for fibroids?? They can cause midcycle bleeding sometimes. Another possibility is that you perhaps ovulated earlier than your app thought and that bleeding was AF.
I would also get some cheap OPK and test with them one time a day. The Clearblues are SO expensive and strangely have not been super reliable for us. The nice thing about the cheap OPK is you can use them every day and if you get what looks like a positive, you can then use the Clearblues for confirmation of that.!!! I just started my period yesterday so yay I can figure out my cycle again! Ok we'll start right away (this cycle once my period is over) and do only once like you said. I'm thinking maybe 2 days before ovulation would be good. I'll be testing with the ovulation tests to find out when that is.
So since timing doesn't matter is there any truth to the PH theory that if you keep PH at 4.5 you'll get a girl? If so what would you suggest to help keep it down if it goes up on the day we plan to try? If I can use my RepHresh, what time of day should I use it and how much (we plan on trying at night)?
Yeah when I went to the doc she said the yeast may have made my cervix sensitive to injury and could have bled for a bit after that. I'm going to my doc tomorrow to ask about the fevers since they keep coming back every other day and at the same time (night) and almost the same temp give or take a decimal (99.3-99.7). Weird.
So is it ok having hubby take a hot bath before we try? I heard it's good for girl sway. Also when trying should I do girl on top or missionary (where he's on top)? Once they're up there should I just lay on the bed a bit (how long) then go pee and wash off or go quickly pee and run in the bath to wash off?

Oh one more thing, should I have him abstain from any ejaculation for a week prior, or should he be ejaculating ever other day? I've heard conflicting arguments about this with girls and I'd like your take on it.
