    That was something we considered for a few minutes and I've since dropped it. Some people want to do it, I don't think it hurts anything either way.

    No, it was something I considered and even recommended back at the start of the site particularly for people who were trying to blend IGD and LE, but after a few weeks I realized it was simply unneccesary and especially so for anyone who had possibly cut back too far in other areas.

    why is pasta in a different group then rice? I keep eating pasta everyday to bring in empty carbohydrates and calories but now I am seriosly wondering to change it to rice...

    houseofboys - pasta is no different than rice as long as it's in your limits. I eat pasta all the time on LE, just usually much smaller portions than I'm used to!

    Pasta is more nutrient dense than rice and has more protein

    You can have it definitely, I did eat it frequently when I got my daughter as well.

    I am eating around 400 cal per day coming from pasta. It has no sodium and no potassium. I am rethinking my diet since I heard that Kate Middleton is pregnant and did a fruit and veg only diet. Atomic any ideas?..

    so what is better? healthy fruit and veg diet ... btw how the heck did she keep her weight up by just eating veg and fruits?

    she is preggo right now, I forgot to mention that and I am sure with a girl. she was on the diet until beginning of june, she is now approx 10 weeks preggo!

    before het son she was on a weight gain diet during her thailand trip in 2012!!! and voila its a king!
