I called and made the consultation appt over the phone. It was easy and fast.
I'm 37 / DH 36
CD3 Pretesting FSH 13, AMH 0.16, AFC 15
Cycle #1 Aug.2011 No transfer
10 eggs, 6 sent to GSN, 0 normal.
Sept. 2011 started trying naturally. BF+ 3/27/12

You can also just call the main line at Laguna Hills and speak w/Susannah. You should be able to get something scheduled asap.

I second the email to Lori. I had sent numerous emails through their contact us page on the website and NEVER got an answer. Also no one ever answered the phone for me either. I did have success emailing Lori directly.
