Zani, good news about finally changing up your cycle. I'm still testing my cp and I think it's higher than yesterday. I'm still hoping I'll ov before Friday! I'm exhausted today as had birthday tea for ds and friends, it drove me to more pizza!! Help, I can't stop cheating!!

I think I need to take back what I said about not ovulating right now as I've been stabbed in my side from the inside out all evening! I expect I'll get a +OPK tomorrow then ovulate on cd 14 - there's nothing wonky about that!! I'm sulking off to bed now (via the aspirin and folic acid!). Night all x

Kudos Mocha! I'm in just the first month TTC and having a hard time sticking to the diet. I crave all things salty!
And spring b-days are the best- I LOVE that my own bday is springy!

Hang in there, LadyScarlett. You'll find lots of former salt addicts here, but it really does get easier as you go on with the diet. I find now that I'm 3 months in, salt isn't my big problem - it's keeping my protein below 40g. I find that in doing that, my sodium is often less than 700mg by day's end. Lately I've been rewarding myself with a tiny half portion of low fat chips as a reward - I'm amazed I can still eat them and keep under 1000mg!

Rephresh, baby asprin, antihistamines, sylk, LE diet, no breakfast, crystal lite, diet coke. Trying hard not to eat meat (not very sucessful at this). Have lost 50lbs over the past year so trying to lose just a few more. Lavender oil, outfit under bedGood luck to you all!!!!

Woohooo!! I ovulated yesterday!! Vitex must of worked! I lost the baby july 17th at 7wks, I like to wait a month before ttcing again but normally it drags out waiting for hcgs to drop to ovulate etc, but anyways that means af should be here on aug 17ish so I can start ttcing and hopefully get a bfp because I am STARVING lol this girl diet sucks lol
Married for 20yrs, SAHM to 7 healthy boys and one surprise daughter(2021)
Sometimes God's plan is different than what you had in mind, but His plan is always betterand He might surprise you later

hi Ladies! Was hoping to join in on your chit chat. I've had friends down for the past week so I've been eating like $#@! brownies, cupcakes, steak, sausages, you name it. I had lost 2 lbs last week and I've put on about 3lbs so far!!! i feel so bad. But I dont O until Aug 11-12th so my attempt won't be until next week. Is it realistic to start eating healthy tomorrow so that I will be in a weight loss status by the time we start trying? I feel like I've thrown all my hard work out the window!!! Anyone else experience this?

I often wonder if you fast for one day and then start the diet up the next if it will kick start your system and put you back on track like you never screwed up yk?

You think? That's what i'm counting on. I'm just so upset with myself cause I was on a roll last week. I have to work three days in a row next week and that always helps me to stay on track. I think I will cut way back tomorrow and then start from scratch on friday. thanks for your input melinda!!
