TTC diet coupled with full time office work plus being sad every failed cycle is just not helping me.
I am now over 75kg and I am only 5'3. I am holding a lot around my stomach so I already look bloated/pregnant and feel gross.
I have increased walking at lunch time, and I am looking into taking up swimming, but I have no idea what else to do.
Trying to put the most effort towards having a boy, but at the moment I can't even get pregnant. I am concerned about screwing my efforts by suddenly changing diet etc.
Has anyone else had this and still ended up with a boy?

Gaining weight on TTC diet :(

I feel your pain. I was 15lbs overweight when I started TTC...I gained 15lbs on the HE over 24months of swaying and now I am 30lbs heavier at the BEGINNING of this pregnancy than I have ever been when not pregnant!
Its a killer, BUT if this is a healthy happy baby, it will all be worth it and a boy will be a bonus!
I will find out the gender in a few weeks...until then:

In the Dream Members section there is an essay called "eat smarter, not harder on HE Diet" that tells all about how to change the HE Diet to be less conducive to wegiht gain.
What I would do is drop carby calories (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes), drop juice, drop anything sweet, and switch to meat + fruit + veg for your protein + carbs, and then up exercise. You can exercise up to 5 days a week, and you can break up the exercise such as doing 45 min. cardio in the morning + 15k-20 min. weightlifting in the evening, as long as it's not 60 min all in one block!!! I am not doing any weight lifting so that may be impacting my efforts.
No access to gym and we don't have equipment at home. I suspect I will be relaxing my efforts though this month. Want to enjoy Christmas without stressing on everything I do or eat.

I've never had access to a gym or any equipment but you can still do a lot of exercise just on your own without anything!
