Sage to me that sounds like an implantation dip especially with your symptoms. I think a test tomorrow or Fri might have 2 lines!

Taytum - I'm also active in a chat group on BBC for ladies ttc while breastfeeding and a short lp is very common, so I've seen lots of discussion about it and different treatments. I've asked atomicsage about it on here, too, if you do a search. I think the best solution is B6 since it also sways blue! Vitamin C is also easy to do (I saw more improvement when I added that with the B6), and there's the pineapple core method, but I chose to take WobenzymN since was on it for Lyme with dd. Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it too much from one cycle, especially your first one in a long time.

My update: I'm having cramps as I type this. So unusual. I did have my usual ewcm this evening which typically shows up 2 days before af (why can't I have this much at o?!). No more spotting since this morning. I know it sounds like preg, right? But I keep having signs that say af like the cm and cramps. I hope dd sleeps well tonight and I get a trustworthy temp tomorrow! I will poas again if no af.

Add to the excitement that Friday is my birthday. Af was due then, so I lined up an acupuncture appt to celebrate. I figure it'll help me deal with things either way!

Not Junie, but I can tell you how I got my boys! Both of mine were "oopsies" from 2 attempts in the fertile window. With DS2, the attempts were in the morning, which is really odd for us, but I have my chart from when I conceived him and that's what it says! I've always been thin-- 5'7 and 120lbs when I conceived both times, but back then I was able to eat whatever I wanted and not worry about it. I was young, 21 and 27, when I conceived the boys and so was DH (20 and 26). I've never been a big breakfast eater and I don't like eggs, so breakfast would be Kashi high protein cereal and full fat greek yogurt with almonds. All dairy was full fat. I ate meat at least once a day. I never drank alcohol or coffee ever, but drank green or white tea daily. I had never let a diet soda or fake sugar touch my lips. I took a multivitamin, fish oil, probiotics, b complex, and vitamin D daily! I never exercised ever. I have a researcher personality and can't make a decision without hours of research LOL! Classic boy mom I'd say.

Sage - thanks for the encouragement and tips! I was hoping to at least add B6 next cycle as well so I'll get on that! I guess I shouldn't be surprised if this ends up being true AF and temp stays down tomorrow. I thought after going off BC I would bounce right back and that obviously didn't happen! So I should have guessed a shorter LP would be in the cards. [emoji6] it just can't be easy, can it?! Haha. And what a great idea to make an acupuncture appointment! I need to keep that in mind as I'm TTC - have something planned when AF is due to keep my mind busy! Does acupuncture hurt? I've always wanted to try it. And happy early birthday! [emoji322]

Essnce629 - thanks for sharing your boy sway! That sounds a lot like my regular diet, aside from full fat dairy, all the vitamins, and I am guilty of a little occasional alcohol. Ive never heard of white tea though - is that pretty good? I don't think I could drink green tea so I've only been doing warm water and lemon in the morning and lemon water throughout day, but would like to try something new.

My nipples have been a little tender today and no more spotting/blood since this afternoon. Still going to see what happens in the morning. I'm going to spend the weekend with my grandparents and best friend so either way I have something to look forward to coming up. Always keeps us on our toes though! [emoji4]

Taytum-- white tea is from the same leaves as green tea but are harvested earlier so they have a more delicate taste, not bitter like some green teas (although that is usually from over steeping). They are less processed than green tea leaves and therefore have more antioxidants. I prefer white tea over green.

My favorite that I used to drink daily is this silver needle white tea:

KKKK37- If the baby hasn't implanted there is no reason for symptoms this early- hang in there!!
