    I hear ya, Manainny. Stronger is good, that is supposed to increase your testosterone as you may have read. I think you can do the diet and not gain a lot of weight, it just takes eating lots of little healthy things and protein all day versus eating a big egg and bacon dish in the morning and then a burger and potatoes at night, kwim? When we were on IG, we used to do the latter, thinking that increasing sodium and potassium were the most important things. But you are on the right track. My youngest, DD2 will be 7 years older than a baby we conceived right now, that's a big gap!
    (2002) (2005) from 1st marriage. TTC since Aug 2010- Dx: low sperm count and 1% normal sperm. We are giving up and moving on with a baby-free life.
    UPDATE: surprise bfp in Feb 2013! It's a BOY!

    Anyone else out there as psycho as me?? I have even started to plan the bedding and room incase I get another girl!!! It's all picked. I think I have issues...maybe there is a pill for that too???
    Exactly! Waiting to ttc sucks!!! That's why I try next month already. I wanted to starts in Oct. but started all this in April and so tired and fat from it!!! Plus Im not lucky so I think no first try bfp for me.
    Im also taking a gazillion sups!!! And I use cbefm test and the smiley face test so it's not cheap so I can't even test every day all day! ok just sick of it...the worst part for me to be freaking fat!!!

    Im also taking a LOT of healthy sups and DH too. Hope it will help us out! I also wish to stop eating much , like meat , potato so on but Im scared . And thinking why stop now when I suppose to try next month?
    But the veggie and fruit and juices are so much money already! Oh and the sups we take omg if anyone read our sup list you know how much.

    Im taking mucinex for days now but don't see that I have more ewcm from it...so if I don't see improvement this month I better don't bother with it next month??
    Also taking fertile cm but the same , no change from it.
    I need more ewcm so it cd 12 hope I see more in the next days because if not I just don't know what to do.

    I don't know, I think I got that you were sick from your post, it was a handful of pages back. Well, good thing you aren't!!!! I know, I feel the same way about giving up the diet, I hate to do it before an attempt.....maybe we should stick it out another few weeks and if a bfn, then we can modify it to not be so fattening. And I also spend a FORTUNE on supps....that's why I can't afford any new fat clothes, LOL! Probably a good $150 a month. Some of my antioxidant ones are not cheap!!! So, are you trying in September, right? The cycle after this one?

    Oh 1 more thing I have ewcm but also mixed with creamy white and have no clue what to put in for cm in FF?? So I just don't do it. How would you call this type of cm?

    Welcome im4blue, CapricornAquarius, and manainny!! Join right in, swaying is driving everybody crazy so it's nice to have a big support system, lol. :-)

    Lola, I am taking epo, fish oil, gelatin, folic acid, and Vit E. Doing bsd too. I used to take L'arg but gave that up.

    I was starting to worry that I wasn't going to get my big burst of cm this month but it definitely showed up, just was a lot thinner than usual, must be the Robitussin. Anyway I am thinking I will O today or tomorrow. I haven't been keeping obsessive track because I am _trying_ to be calm. I know, right? *rolls eyes* We have thrown timing out the window especially after hearing my bff talk about having a boy after dtd every day for like a week. So we dtd Friday and Saturday and then yesterday and probably again today. DH is having the fricking time of his life, lol, and I am sore! Sorry tmi but I guess in swaying there is no tmi. :-) My diet has been full of nuts and whole grain bread and V8 and fruit juice and red meat and potatoes and coconut water and salty chips and raisins and Wheaties like atomic used to eat and I am just hoping that works.

    I am getting to the point where I am so fat and my skin is so broken out I am just dreaming about being done with pregnancy so I can get skinny again and go on bc pills so my skin will be good. Ugh. So hope next summer I will working out like a mad woman with dd and my new baby ds at my side.

    WP, ditto on the weights. I would avoid the cardio for now and just strengthen and tone those muscles. Boy friendly and can help you feel better if you are down on yourself.

    Alexis, have you tried flaxseed oil? I think that and epo did the best for my cm. But I have been doing everything to increase cm and I noticed in May I had gobs, like falling out of me, (of course, I got a YI and couldn't try, still makes me mad!) and since then I have had ewcm but not NEARLY as much. I was on antibiotics so maybe that made a difference but my point is sometimes there just seems to be more than usual and other times less and I am not sure why. Maybe bsd or bsf dries it up? I have not done the bsf, we are just sticking with preseed here. Anyway, it's not a reason to give up on the diet though! Diet is most important! I would hate to see you lose that. Maybe not do it super strict but I still think it is important. I am not counting mineral levels obsessively anymore because I just couldn't do that anymore but I still try to eat the boy friendly foods.
