i guess thats when our bodies just naturally start to decline in strength. our peak strength is like early 20s for girls and i think mid 20s for guys and they start to dwindle later 20s or early 30s i THINK. doesnt that suck? i mean we just have until age 25 and then thats it! we actually have to WORK at it after that!!! lame!

Yep I also was and still am a sweet tooth person, but Ive always liked my salty things to, & I was such a cereal person when I conceived my 2 girls, cereal every morning and night before going to bed.

I had a lot of ice cream and milky ways - probably more than with my boys, but I still indulged from time to time with them. Before newest DD, though, we were having a lot of ice cream!

Hmmm, I have a major sweet tooth, and boys . . . not into salt at all. I wonder if high sweets but low nutrients sway girl, whereas sweets in moderation (like I eat them--for dessert after a balanced meal) could sway boy?
