What's considered a cheat day for pink?

A cheat day is just that, you eat whatever you want! I still stuck to the no snacking between meals. Some people have snacks. Just depends on what you want to do. I was ways afraid if I snacked during my cheat days it would be too hard to not snack the rest of the time.

I am completely thrilled to say I'm genuinely in the 2ww. I had my trigger shot at the ready - but I got a +opk all on my own this morning. Woohoo! No clomid and no trigger!

Junie - you were right about as much BDing as poss for blue. DH is going to be a shadow of his former self by the end of this. Are any of you using preseed?

Junie - The red light doesn't have the same benefits if you're looking at a glowing screen. There's a free software called Flux https://justgetflux.com/ you can use to change the spectrum of glow on your devices. Also, have you heard of nighttime sunglasses or fog glasses? They're great for driving at night, but I've heard of people using them for an hour or two before bed, especially if using the computer, to help improve sleep and mood. You might try them a little on a grey day to turn on the sunshine!

hbubs - I got pregnant so easily last time, even though I was sick with Lyme at the time, yet here I am on cycle 10 of ttc. And this time I prepared for 6 months before trying! I don't understand.

tm - I tried Preseed for a couple of months, but no bfp and we ran out of applicators, so I haven't used it lately.

Af showed up for me on Sat. FX for those of you still in the 2ww!

Tm29- so you didn't use Clomid or the trigger this cycle? I sure hope this brings you your much awaited BFP! I'll be stalking! You blue swayers have a special place in my heart- I simply adore my boys and everyone should have at least one, or two like a matching pair of cute shoes! My boys mean everything to me! Here is my always on the go, curious about everything, and snugly with mama blue baby dust!

No! I took what felt like a MASSIVE gamble I would do it naturally and it seems like it paid off. My cycle got completely messed up by my mc last December and this is the very first time I have ovulated at all since then. Thanks xxforhubby - and I'm so happy to read that you're pregnant. I will happily take some of your blue dust - it sounds like the top grade stuff.

I'm so glad you Od TM29!! Now for a BFP with a blue bundle!

I had massive cramping after BDing yesterday and now unfortunately I am sick again and back on antibiotics. I'm also spotting so it looks like CD1 for me tonight or tomorrow.
