Thanks! I'm just having a huge diet overhaul...from "diet" foods to richer all natural foods. I was nervous that the elimination of all the processed stuff (especially breads, cookies, cakes...) would make me lose weight. Hopefully it will all balance out and the fat will go away and be replaced with muscle!!

Well guess it depends on your body... I'm plant based and eat a high fat diet.... My weight stays pretty steady... Which I wish I could lose before starting the boy diet! If you do start to lose... Add more nuts, avocado & potatoes
... When are you ttc?

I am normally thin and I generally run miles. Since my last was born in June, I haven't been able to lose the last 10 pounds! 😩 i've been so busy with work and a baby that doesn't sleep through the night that working out was the last thing on my mind. I'm a school social worker so the year is winding down and my baby has started sleeping so I am just now getting back into working out. I was hoping to be able to lose the last 10 pounds before I swayed.
When I started this paleo style diet, I instantly lost a few pounds. That's why am concerned I will keep losing. I was supposed to start trying in June but I may wait until the fall now.
I'm ebf and I haven't had af return yet. My husband isn't fully on board with another kid anyway so maybe he will change his mind by the fall. You're trying in June? I wanted to start trying immediately because we experience secondary infertility when conceiving or second and I didn't want to waste time.

I see, your lucky you lose weight so easily! Yes, we are ttc in June, I wanted May but we have a family reunion out of state and would be too stressful! I have 2 girls already and this would be our last shot.... So I want to plan it down to the last tiny detail!! Hope you can talk your husband into it!

Haha, I wish! I don't lose weight fast anymore but running has always helped keep me thin. I'm a little nervous because I just started my first postpartum af and now I have a real desire to start ttc this summer. The problem is I recently lost about 5 pounds. Does that mean I've already screwed my sway up and have to wait 6 months?

Yes, there is EVERY chance your weight will stay perfectly steady. If you want to stay away from processed foods that is totally up to you. Remember, things like potatoes and sweet potatoes are not processed but are carbs and are good at keeping weight on. Another option is something like brown rice in a pilaf or soup, corn on the cob - anything starchy/sweet can help keep weight on.
