I am. I was actually taking cinnamon daily (sprinkled on apple slices) long before I started swaying.
Me: 35 years old. Was an infant nanny and birth and postpartum doula. Now a full time SAHM.
DS1: Aug 2003 (my first home birthed water baby!)
DS2: May 2009 (my second home birthed water baby!)
Oct 2014
July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

Can you buy cinnamon in capsule form? I don't fancy taking it in a drink as not too keen on it. I might start it if you can as going to buy my fibre today.

Also do you ladies use fibre? I've seen some in powder from but would rather take tablets, have u got any recommendations if you do? Also I know cinnamon is meant to lower testosterone but what is fibre meant to do?

I was taking metamucil capules. I'm not sure if they are available everywhere or just in Australia? Much easier than worring about powder, especially as I could just keep it in my bag to take at work.
Fibre is meant to lower your blood sugar. I think it also makes it harder for your body to absorb nutrients.

Cinnamon?
If Atomic has recommended including cinnamon the dose is 1/8tsp-1/2 tsp daily. Make sure you need it because it can lower your blood sugar too much and have some blood thinning effects (if you use the store bought cinnamon instead of Ceylon cinnamon). We don't quite know if it lowers testosterone levels but we do know it has lowered blood sugar levels for diabetics, people with gestational diabetes, and women with PCOS.
I know when swaying there is a temptation to add something that may seem harmless that will help. Trust me, some supplements can wreck havoc on your body and make things worse sometimes. This happened to me when I had been taking something for years and found out it could help my sway potentially in a larger dose. Long story short, it messed things up so badly for me that it took me a while to get a BFP and caused me to add supplements that were more blue friendly to increase my tanking fertility. Please only add supplements with the recommendation of Atomic or your doctor. I'll get off my soap box now [emoji6]!
A fiber that dissolves completely in water and is tasteless is Benefiber. I loved it!! The capsules are more expensive because more is needed to get at the same dose you mix in water.
FX and GL to you ladies! [emoji597][emoji92][emoji93][emoji94]

I never used cinnamon for everyone, only for a small group of people with PCOS/IR.
Not everything in the stats is meant for anyone to use.
I have concerns with cinnamon because for people who are on LE Diet may end up actually getting faint from low blood sugar.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Cinnamon doesn't lower testosterone, it lowers blood sugar. THis MAY in turn lower testosterone for people with PCOS or insulin resistance.
The capsules are much too high a dose for you guys. Please just use 1/8 a teaspoon up to 1/4 a teaspoon sprinkled on foods. Cinnamon is strangely effective even in small amounts so resist the temptation to have more, that is meant for diabetics and not you guys.
Fiber is to make it harder for your body to absorb fats from foods and also the nutrients that are absorbed with fat - Vit. A, D, E, K.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Well I could only find the powder so I bought that and tried it after my tea tonight and about an hour later I HAD to go- if you know what I mean! Should I be taking the recommended 2 tea spoon full even if I'm regular to begin with? And also should I take it before or after my meals? It's going to be tricky while I'm at work if today was anything to go by and also putting it in to my drinks without anyone noticing haha! People are going to think I'm bonkers as they are already wondering why I've dropped loads of weight to which I'm saying I don't know...
I got the benefibre and couldn't taste it at all! May not bother with cinnamon from reading these replies as I have nornal blood sugars (had bloods done recently). Thanks

It has nothing to do with regularity, it has to do with absorbing nutrients from your food.
You don't need to use the full dose on the bottle. Just start off with smaller dose and you can increase over time if you are able to tolerate it, if not, stick with what you're already doing.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
