Hi all! Is anyone using a cinnamon supplement in their pink sway? Just bought some today but I wanted a little more info on it first!

Yes I am as it is supposed to lower your bloodsugar even more than diet and exercise are already doing.
Just be carefull that it is not getting to low as it makes you very miserable and you could faint.

I do not recommend cinnamon for everyone, it's only for people with a lot of weight to lose, people who know they have insulin resistance, or those with PCOS. Not everything in the stats is meant for everyone.
The prob. with the cinnamon in supp form is that it's a LOT of cinnamon. Cinnamon is surprisingly effective and you don't NEED that much, even 1/8-1/4 teaspoon a day will help lower your blood sugar levels.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
