Ate lots of frozen cranberries and drank cranberry juice. Drank 12 oz of crystal light a day, and 1 cup of peppermint tea.

Weighed 190 lb lost 15 pounds with LE diet

Was still loosing weight from my previous pregnancy had lost 45 pounds in the previous year. Was a couch potato during diet, wasn't going to be able to keep up with the cardio.

Thought attempt would be 1 day before ovulation FF did not confirm. Attempt was either 2 or 3 days before ovulation. Used refresh every 3 days up until the day before attempt, and a little bit of astroglide as lubricant.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Lost some weight before conceiving. Tried to stick to low nutrient foods.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Was away 3 weeks before ovulation and it was difficult to stick to the LE diet. Came back 1 week before ovulation and had to get back on track.

Tried my best hoping for a healthy baby girl in April 2016
