Hi ladies, I am a WW member and have been happy with the diet as a means of weight loss for swaying pink.
But since they just changed their system to smart points, it now weighs very strongly to high protein intake. It does discourage sugar and sat fat which is good, but I am very anxious about the emphasis on protein.
Any thoughts on how to manage it? I'm already struggling to make the new system work for me, and now I'm also worried it will screw up my sway! Seems like I will need yo choose between weight loss and decreasing protein. Ahh, help!

Weight watchers can work for swaying pink and I know people have had some success with it.
I would just try to do your best, focus on vegetarian proteins when you can and be sure that whatever fat you are getting is coming from plant sources and not animal.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
