Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to know if anyone is trying to follow LE and Weight Watchers Points Plus at the same time. I was just doing LE at first after being on WW for a while and I was finding that I had more freedom to eat foods that would not help with weight loss from a ww perspective (pizza, quesadillas, lots more cheese and typical diet cheats in general). My weight loss slowed way down to next to nothing, so I am going to track PP again now too.
I'm finding it difficult for two reasons....1, I have to use two apps to track all food bc I can't find a ww app that tells you cal/fat/protein, and 2, I can't find vegetarian ww recipes that are also low in protein.
Is anyone doing something similar and can offer advice?
TIA!

Hi,Hope you are well.
I am doing weight watchers and l.e diet in one.
Im not well enough ttc at the moment but Im still doing it as got the weight to lose and who knows may be better in 12 weeks.I'm easing myself into the no breakfast and don't really snack.Ive included a small amount of meat in as I got to keep iron up .(Hard as not big meat eater).I tracked the protein, fat etc for a week so got a ruff idea of how much to eat.I don't track the cals as weight watchers already done that with the points.
I think a small amount of meat is ok it seems for some.My friend who has got 2 boys has just found out she is having a girl. She eats meat everyday and breakfast. The thing that's changed is that for the past year she has taken up doing hour and a half hikes 4 times a week.x

yes we have had several people either do JUST WW (vegetarian) or do a mix and it has worked good for them.
Look away from the WW main courses to the side dishes. I used my grandma's WW cookbook now and then when I was swaying pink and just made the veggie dishes.
If you are not losing weight on standard LE, you may be a bit insulin resistant and it's best to switch to one of the alternate diets in this thread http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

yes more than one person has had that prob with the antidepressants - hang in there and don't get too focused on the number on the scale, the diet sways even without the wieght loss!
