With my boys I consumed a ton of dairy, meat and eggs.

Besides the LE diet everything about our lives are different than with the first three. We are vegan now and with the first three we were not. We have been vegan for about 2 1/2 years.

His diet is completely different than the first three boys. He also lost weight and gave up diet soda which he drank regularly with our first three.

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I don't weigh myself but I know I have lost weight. My clothes fit better and people keep commenting on how I look like I have lost weight.

I started exercising an hour a day, 5x's a week at Barre class.

I got a POK and then a couple hours later I felt my ovulation. As soon as DH got home he took a hot bath and we dtd.

DH released that morning, later that day when I got a POK, he took a hot bath. I also felt myself ovulating so our original plan was to have him release two times and then dtd but I was nervous about lowering the sperm count too much so we skipped the second release.

Clothes and a picture frame under the bed. We had a spoon but my toddler found it and now I can't find it.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

After a failed 30g's IVF PGD attempt and a loss, we just want a baby. I do feel like our diets, my hubby FR, no O and shallow are all exact opposite things we did for my first three.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I am not really nervous, there is nothing more we could do.

Sorry ladies, I thought this was where I put my sway attempt, not realizing that this was the BFP sway attempt. I am not a positive, sorry for the confusion.

Nice sway, congrats! Can I ask how long after you Oed you BDed, in your opinion? This month DF wasn't able to finish until 6+ hours after I believe I Oed so I'm in a similar situation. How long/many hours before you Oed did you get that first positive OPK do you estimate? Do you typically O so soon after your surge?
