I don't pay as much attention to time as I do color. Evaps don't have color.... well they do... grey or a silvery white... but not pink or blue- dye color. I've seen evap lines on tests w/in the 5 mins before, and sometimes I have to let a test dry to get a good look at the test when I am in squinter territory. I do try to make sure I look within the time frame but tests don't get thrown out around here until AFTER they are dry and I see no line (with color). When you are in squinter territory a squinter BFP can easily hide in the coloring of the wet test strip. Even if you CAN see it within time frame you'll be able to see it even better once it's dry. *disclaimer: Do I advocate leaving tests around all day long to dry before checking them? No. Do I think a squinter that could ONLY be seen AFTER it dried should be considered incontrovertible proof of pregnancy? No. There is a reason they put time limits. BUT *IF* you believe you can see something but the test is muddled like yours during the time frame, allowing the test to dry can give you a better view to see if there really was a line or if it just looked like it because the test was muddled. This may not be a popular opinion but I have taken SOOOOOO many tests that it's kinda like charting for me. Some rules are hard and fast while others have wiggle room provided you understand that you are going outside the recommendations and therefore understand that there is some room for error.

I'm sorry
That doesn't sound horrible. Not to me at least. When all you can think about is how XYZ is going to HURT your bean and bean passes peacefully and naturally I don't think relief is a horrible thing to feel (((HUGS))) I am glad you can be at peace with everything. I am here if you need to chat. Just shoot me a PM.

Thanks Twointow. I think it helps that I never knew about the pregnancy before there were issues so I didn't have time to connect any positive feelings toward it, that would have been much harder. I read your story when I was on the other forum board, (((hugs))) to you and so sorry for everything that happened, I can not imagine that time in your life and what you must have been feeling. I so hope you get a sticky bean (or two) soon, you so deserve it! Glad to see you back on your journey.

Does anyone here take baby aspirin? I know Atomic does not recommend it any longer but before I was on this board I took one everyday while I was conceiving our first baby and continued taking it well into the pregnancy. I am toying with starting again even though I know it sways girl, I did have a girl while on it but now knowing everything there were other things that swayed girl too probably. In my head I am thinking maybe that is why I had a chemical this time because I wasn't taking it. Not sure if I will take it or not, still up in the air about it.

I am taking it EOD. But I take it to offset the side effects of clomid. Clomid is known for thin lining issues, so I take it to make sure my lining is nice and thick. So far it has been working for me. When I was on clomid last time and taking baby aspirin I'd go in for a follicle study and my lining was perfect
Whether it helps when not taking clomid... I would imagine so and as long as you don't abruptly stop when you get preg I don't see it causing any harm.... but I'm no expert so...
