Anyone here ultrasound tech or know what I'm looking at?

Was wondering if anyone knows what I am looking at? Went for a scan today to rule out ectopic and locate tissue. U/S tech she couldn't say anything, but said she couldn't find anything but I found this on the pictures she gave me to take to doc. I'm 6w 1d but hcg has dropped again (back down to 38 from 51) so I know the pregnancy isn't viable/normal. But it says fetuses: 1 and the sac size is normal for my gestation but what's been measured in these pics looks like an empty space to me?? I have no idea and was hopeful someone may be able to shed some light. Thank you! I see my ob on Friday but just curious......
