Eggplant parm sandwich I had today while eating out, I don't eat out much. I will be cooking dinner tomorrow and most likely will be meat but I will just eat the sides.

I hope you guys don't mind me joining in. I've gotta lose about 20 kg so I need all the accountability I can get lol! Yesterday I had a GF multigrain sandwich with mustard, WW cottage cheese and free salad. It left me with enough calories to splurge on 2 pieces of vegetarian pizza and some Allens snake lollies at a Christmas break up party. I really enjoyed it! Eating food that is normally forbidden to me. Atomic was right - eating LE can be fun :-)

I'm the same! I didn't realise how much I liked meat until I started counting my macros. Now that I've gone semi-vego, i hear the word "BBQ" and get all weak in the knees lol! It is such a shift in thinking where I normally base my meals around the meat and work back from there.

Hi I'm fairly new on here I have been trying to do LE for 6 weeks now , I have only had meat twice in 6 weeks which is a huge change for me . I have been snacking less and most days my calories are below 1600 I still just don't feel I'm doing it right I don't have breakfast or anything to eat until at least 10am . I haven't lost any weight and I struggle to find time to exercise Is losing weight really important ? And what else could I do to have a better sway pls ? C

Hi !
I've been veggie for two weeks now findin it ok I was getting sick of meat anyway although I miss salmon.!
I've managed to do 6 days of cardio this week so that's good but AF arrived yesterday and I've eaten way too many biscuits the last two days! Il be back on track tommorow I keep saying I will become super strict 12 weeks before attempt xx

Lol! It sounds like we are in the same boat. A few days ago I was post ov and my appetite went through the roof! I felt so bad 😖 It was only really bad one day-ish.....now I'm bac on the wagon. I'm usually ok during AF. I'm really enjoying the vegetarian thing too. It feels so decadent having starch after it being so taboo for me for so long. I keep saying, "I'll go hard core when I've got 12 weeks to go!" Lol been good with my cardio. Enjoying not doing weights like I used to. I guess I get to think less about the exercise that way 😀 x
