I too drank caff with DS1, and he is an emotionally charged person! On the go and needs less sleep than a normal person should, haha! I drank no caff with DS2, and he is chill and sleeps well!

Not sure if there is anything to it, but I don't drink caffeinated beverages since I had DS1.

Mine are the opposite- I was so careful about my caffeine intake with DS1, almost never had any, and he's so hyper and always go,go,go. He even talks in his sleep.
DS2 I was working, going to school, and raising a toddler, so I was living on Mountain Dew and sweet tea, and he is just the most chill kid, naps like a champ and never gets wound up. If history repeats itself, this baby is going to be a wind up clock, since I'm exhausted all the time from keeping up with the boys and may as well be main lining caffeine haha.

How is the almond milk different than milk in terms of glucose? The stuff I'm putting in has 30 cal, 2.5g fat, 1g carb (0 sugar) and 1g protein per CUP....and I'm probably putting in 1/4 cup between a few cups total.

I'm assuming this is fine, just curious how the Almond Milk is different than Cows Milk/Cream in terms of a girl sway.
The small amount in coffee doesn't make much diff. either way. Have what you like best.

Those on PCOS or alt. diets for egg quality will want to keep the almond milk minimal because its really high carb compared to dairy.
