Ok I will give that tryI have been having mayo on most things, full fat yoghurt and milk with the ocassional ice cream too.I have never been diagnosed with it, the docs just found 60 cysts collectively in my ovaries and assumed it was PCOS.I now have the normal amounts but figured I must have tendancies.I'm not breastfeeding and prior to having my son(16 months ago) I have been tracking it the last 3 months with no ovulation but periods.I have dropped vitex but kept the saw palmetto going.

Oh ok in that case I'd consider Pregnitude if they won't do Clomid for you.
Do you have charts?? It's kind of unusual to be having regular periods without ovulating (or are you using OPK)!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

What brand OPK and what time of day do you test? Do you hold your urine/limit fluids?
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

So you've never had a dark line? How many cycles have you been OPKing? Those are good tests and you are testing at the right time.

I'm thinking you probably have a super short surge, and possibly overnight usually. Though with PCOS LH levels are often elevated so it's a bit odd. Maybe you are a hyper metaboliser like me, as well; I don't get positive OPKs despite Oing regularly.
I would definitely try temping to see if you get an obvious biphasic pattern. I highly recommend FF, you can check out the site by clicking the link/my chart below in my signature. They have a free app that works in conjunction with the full site too.Last edited by maidentomother; January 30th, 2016 at 03:30 AM.
