I'm only eating cake + chocolate because I lose weight too fast without it (and I only had 10lbs to lose before becoming underweight when I started this diet), but from what I've read cake is also OK generally provided you stay within your nutrient limits

    today:
lunch: Birds Eye mediterranean rice, chocolate brownie (well, this was 11am, I was out meeting up with friends in a cafe)
tea: leek, mushroom, courgette risotto with parm... followed by 2 WW choc slices with cream + raspberries

Me too, hh, I want to make sure I don't lose any weight so for me it works, plus all the girl mums said they ate chocolate, I try to stick to White chocolate as I read this was better.
    No breakfast
Lunch pret avocado and herb wrap, 1/2 carrot cake, White chocolate
Snack 1/2 can full fat coke
Dinner wait rose mushroom ravioli, 2 meringues
I'm a bit over sodium but protein fine! Yummy day!!

Technically chocolate isn't allowed on the diet, but a lot of us decided to add it as an occasional treat when atomic said it really couldn't do much harm. Try to stick with milk chocolate and maybe not every day.

Any sweets are fine as long as you pay close attention to their sodium and protein content. Lots of candy is fine - I ate a lot of Sour Patch Kids and Mike & Ikes. I also ate tons of low fat ice cream and some cookies I found with low sodium content. Lots of us had luck with Weight Watchers products.

this is what I'm thinking too, I know a lot of girl mums who ate lots of chocolate so if it was such a blue sway ingredient I'd not have expected that

Oh yes - I meant to say this too - lots of gummies contain lots of gelatine, so avoid those.

I agree - I'd be starving on as little food as you ate, rainbow!

I'm so happy you had a cheat night, swish! I found as I led up to my BFP I was eating too much for several days in a row - I think it was my body telling me it needed more food for the baby.
