Purchased a Plan and not sure what is next?

Hello!

I purchased a plan, paid through PayPal, and got an e-mail with the PDF download. I saved it to my computer as the e-mail instructed me to. I'm not sure where I can find the questionnaires? I don't think I was logged into my GD account when I purchased it either. I'm just not sure what I'm supposed to do! Hopefully, I didn't do the wrong things. Thanks!
