Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I followed the LE diet and was really strict on fat and protein. Did have the occasional cheat but usually was only up higher in calories and not fat/protein.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He hardly ate red meat unless we went out because I wasn't cooking it.

Yes, I cutback

I used to be a very heavy caffeine drinker but I was drinking a lot of water on the LE diet to help with weight loss.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

175 lbs

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I was exercising for one hour minimum every night for those 10 weeks as well. Longest break was 2 days while on vacation. Other than that I may have missed a night here or there but I mostly did it 7 nights a week. I went from 185 after my D&C to 175 at ovulation. Loss of 10 pounds.

It was either one or two days before O depending on the exact time of ovulation. We BD Friday night, got strong positive ovulation test on Saturday so I assume I either O'd that night or Sunday.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Weight loss, sticking pretty well to fat and protein limits, dedication to exercise and 2 month after miscarriage/D&C

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

The occasional cheat, the big "O", not losing more than 10 pounds before actually conceiving

Things worth mentioning:

Got pregnant Nov 2015, found out in January we had missed misscarriage, had to have D&C as my body wasn't recognizing it. We waited until after my first cycle per Atomic and my doctor's suggestion, BFN first try and BFP the second time.

I am still iffy on that. I found out with all of my boys, and this will be our last little one either way so I do think it would be neat to wait. But I won't lie I'm not a very patient person lol

Thank you! I was swaying with the baby I miscarried on and off for 9 months as it took us 9 months to conceive that little one. But I started over with the count since there was about 2 months with that pregnancy that I wasn't eating strictly and I wasn't exercising for an hour at all. But I did not sway with any of my boys at all.

Thank you! I do wish I had been on the diet a little longer but I still wanted to be close to the miscarriage for that to help sway pink. So overall I'm pretty happy with the sway.
