My slightly crazy holiday attempt - anyone else sway girl while taking antibiotics?

I've had my second sway attempt! This time the attempt was during a holiday. I got a uti after I was dehydrated and stressed on the plane with a 2 year old. So last Monday I took Ural and paracetamol before getting a dr prescription for antibiotics - trimethoprim for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We had an attempt Friday and I'm pretty sure ovulated Saturday. I didn't take much Ural except for on the Monday. With so much going on I wasn't really thinking about swaying - just getting healthy for the holiday. I took a bit of aspirin each day because I happened to have some with me.

I'm probably not pregnant anyway but fingers crossed I haven't mucked things up if I have.

Thanks for your reply Atomic! Turns out I am pregnant haha. You have said that you haven't seen that antibiotics make much of a difference. I couldn't find many sways where people took antibiotics and got girls. I guess you have been looking into this a lot longer than me. There is no point worrying now, I am super excited to be having a baby. You have obviously seen people sway with antibiotics and get girls? I did a quick google online and only found stories of women having boys. Better to stay away from Google I think!

By the way how quickly does aspirin change your ph? I know that you don't worry too much about ph these days but I was kind of hoping that taking aspirin might have helped bring it down if it is an issue. I drank some diet drinks too.

I absolutely have and I have never seen one iota of info be it with studies or anecdotally that show to me in any way that they sway blue.

The reason you don't find this stuff on line is because people hear about the antibiotics and say "oh yes hm that was me" and then post about it while the girl moms don't bother to post since it wasn't true for them. They just think "I got a girl for some other reason, I suppose".

I can't honestly tell you how quick aspirin works since people's pH is going down naturally depending on when in the cycle they're taking it (same with diet drinks) the tendency is for people to start them CD 1 and that's when pH is naturally low, so I have no real way of knowing how fast acting it was.
    Good luck and pink dust!!
