side effects of Benadryl - Drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, stomach upset, blurred vision, or dry mouth/nose/throat may occur
Common side effects of Zyrtec include: drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, dry mouth, sore throat, cough, nausea, constipation, or headache
Not sure if above are available in non-drowsy form! Possibly!
I use cheapies - but Loratadine - only ones which work for me
My hubby has to take cetrizine hydrochloride for effect - but im a complete zombie on those!

They sell them individually at the shop near us otherwise I'd eat them all too lol. I have never suffered with bloating before but have since the peppermint tea, but also I haven't been taking the fibre as your supposed to take it with meals but it may interfere with my metformin being absorbed so maybe I need more fibre.

Veggie lasagna sounds yummy! I may have to make some soon!
First meal- 2 poptarts. Second meal- Asian chopped salad with MorningStar crumbles, a pinch of shredded cheese and a small roll. Red licorice for dessert. Third meal- grilled cheese sandwich, small banana, and a few more pieces of red licorice.

You know I never ate them until my brother introduced me to them 2 weeks ago! I blame him entirely! But I am not buying anymore until I get my BFP, then there will be a different story! No, I'm in the UK. Another reason why not to eat them when swaying pink and going veggie here then! I think little treats help to keep you on track anyway, otherwise it gets too hard, especially if you're a big foodie like me!

I have started drinking CL now.
My lunch will be... roasted red peppers, a few diced sweet potatoes, falafel pieces, all in a salad with a little feta. Also a soup and 1/4 cup of rice!
I find soups really curb my appetite as well as CL all day long

I know we are allowed to eat everything but are there any foods you personally avoid either because it will help your sway or you don't like ir or you don't trust yourself? lol
I will put garlic and onion in EVERYTHING so I am avoiding those. Also I used to eat avocado everyday so I am not doing that anymore. Its easier for me to just not eat them than to have them in moderation. Oh tomatoes too. Although I will have some tomato sauce/paste. Can you tell Im Italian?? haha

I avoid meat, cereal, bananas, tomatoes, onion, garlic, proper butter and any good fats like olive oil etc. Fast food.... Although I do cheat and occasionally grab a burger or chips but not close to the attempt.

I personally wouldn't avoid tomatoes, onion, garlic, or bananas. I got a boy eating them, and I got a boy cutting them out entirely. I don't think they sway, but some people want to avoid them because old school swaying theory stated they sway boy. This has since been disproven but some people want to start out their sway leaving them out.
I would keep them Nessa, since you have to cut out good fats like olive oil. You don't want to restrict your diet too much and run the risk of not being able to stick to it.
