Question, I am sorry if it sounds stupid, I'm not really an exercise person, but a few months ago I bought an elliptical/bike, can I use this for cardio and just get some 5kg weights. Is this good enough?

I'm sorry this sneaked past me, yes, you can do that, it works!! The elliptical can help build muscles in your legs and rear as well.
