When are you thinking of making your first attempt?

Thank you for this, I just sometimes get overwhelmed and think I just have no chance of getting another girl, seems silly really when I think about it but after 3 boys it makes me nervous trying again lol. We are going to start attempting from September so that I can have 12 weeks on the diet. Are you currently ttc? I really hope you get your girl this time :-)

My suspicion, however, is that you're losing hair because you just had a baby!! Around about that time, it's normal to lose a ton of hair (and if you look at my hair you can even see it's got like these layers in it because my hair all fell out in 2008 after DS 3, then in 2010 after DS 4, and then again at the end of 2012 after DD!! IT's called telogenic effluvia and happens to everyone (also can happen after coming off BCP!)
I was diagnosed as having alopecia when I was in my teens, its never been excessive hair loss really and I appreciate that my having 3 babies in 4 years has probably contributed to my hair loss as well, I just cant help worrying about it sometimes but I do feel better now you have said this so thank you.

Can you have some butter or margarine?? SAuce for the veggies??
Yes I can add some butter, I quite like butter on my veg so could have some there and maybe a little on my bread, is it butter which is low in saturated fats that I need to be eating? I would like to avoid meat if possible but if needs must then I will add a little. Maybe I could add a small piece of chocolate? Or some peanut butter?

How far in advance should my husband start taking olive leaf extract?

We are TTCing right now and will keep trying until December. If we don't get a BFP by then, we will re-evaluate. I'll feel like we gave it our all and will be ok if my DH doesn't want to try any longer.

    FX for you!

Crap, I take a really high dose since I don't have a thyroid at all. Wondering if I'm swaying pink with that :/

Just having a baby in Feb you are right in the wheelhouse for this so that is what you have going on right now, I guarantee it! "Postpartum alopecia" and totally normal! I still got a girl after having it HORRIFICALLY after DS 4 https://www.verywell.com/postpartum-hair-loss-2759422

If it's out of your control (which it is) then focus only on that which you CAN control. You can still get a boy.

I can't wait for your baby to get here!!

It depends on what you need to get from your diet. If you're getting a lot of saturated fat elsewhere you may want to use margarine instead, but there is nothing better for restoring fertility than good old butter.

Chocolate, esp. milk or white choc are both absolutely a-ok.

Peanut butter also ok as a part of LE Diet.

Congrats TP! I'm so happy for you! Hope you're settling in to life with your DD.
P.S. I have a friend who is on meds for low thyroid and still had a boy. Don't let it discourage you.
