I don't mean to be away for long periods, but life usually just gets in the way, haha. Both my husband and I started working, on complete opposite shifts...so it gets alittle crazy around here.I guess I am taking an average of all my cycles, my cycle is normal at 32-34 days... With my son, 9-years-ago, they adjusted my dates back 2 weeks, so, I assumed I ovulated late then too... Actually, I even went to the Dr. for extreme fatigue and my pregnancy test was neg, blamed it on low iron. Went back a week later and it was +!
I will kill for a 2 day period but not the symptoms, ugh! Mine usually lasts 6-7 days! I also plan on ordering new opks, too!

My whole life was 8 day heavy periods on 30 or so day cycles with awful PMS and crippling hormonal migraines, so I'm hoping these light short ones stay! It's why I was on BC with no periods for so long
Your doctor story is crazy! I actually took a test this week because I was SO tired, peeing a bunch, and heartburn... your story makes me nervous, haha

Welp I am now week 3 of boy diet and I started to do a 30 min weight training video last week and I gain 8 lbs!
Ugh So now I am trying to cut back, but I am having the hardest time getting enough protein. I pretty much eat a protein and veggie with every meal! How do you do it with out adding a ton of fat or calories??? Ugh I am so frustrated and I just got started!
Also to add that I know some of it is stress we just finished our house refinance and it was really stressful so I hope that hings get better now that we are back to normal and hopefully adjusted to the fall routine.

It's pretty much impossible to gain 8 lbs of fat (or muscle) that quickly. Most of it is likely water weight from your diet change and new exercise routine that will even out over the next several weeks. What do your meals look like though?

I am trying to tell my self its some water weight. Ugh. So most of my meals are like follows:
breakfast: 2 or 3 eggs spinach and mushrooms and cheese scrambled or PB toast (Dave's killer bread) and a banana
Lunches are left overs from dinner mostly: my most common meals are:
Pot roast with potatoes and carrots with a little Ranch
Taco salad ( chips meat on spring mix with cheese and sour cream)
Spaghetti (whole wheat) and meat balls
chicken quinoa chilli.
I normally try to eat more meat with some veggies for lunch and dinner, but sometimes we do pizza or cheeseburgers
Snacks are normally apples, kiwi now, trail mix yogurt with pretzels.
I am trying to measure out everything and keep my portions in check. Any advice or tweaking is appreciated :-)

I'd try weighing/measuring food for awhile. I'm a big advocate of it, because studies find over and over that most people are off on estimations and vastly underestimate their intake. Are you drinkingmuch with calories? Since juices are an HE thing, I'd watch amounts of those for sure.
