My husband and I want to do HT ivf with pgs. How can I make his sperm more girl friendly?

Just a good prenatal for men; you want his sperm to be in tip top condition! (Good diet, no smoking & drinking if possible, loose underwear, light exercise etc). You can try olive leaf extract and vitamin c if you like (they don't hurt anyway).

Hey girl I hope you're doing well!!

When you're going HT you don't really WANT to be swaying per se. You want his sperm count and health to be as good as it can be. So you don't want to mess around with things that we use for pink sways (like LR, pep tea, soymilk, hot baths, tighty whiteys, jogging/biking, that kind of stuff). What ~may~ help is the OLE and possibly adding in Vitamin C. Other than that you would want to give him a good men's fertility vitamin and maybe something like Cyvita to really give him a boost.

Hey Atomic! I have been off of here for awhile. We decided that we would do HT bc of some health issues. We will be doing HT with a surrogate. I will try the things you suggested and hope that is works!!! We are finally ready to give it a shot.

P.S. My grandpa died this summer so we have been off of the swaying since then. Thanks for your advice with that as well. It was fast and that was all we couldve prayed for.

Oh gosh I'm so sorry to hear about your grandpa - hugest hugs. I hope we'll see the cure in our lifetime.
