I am looking forward to receiving my personalised plan. I was just wondering while I was waiting if anyone could give me a outline of what are some of the food recommended on the diet so I can get started on some aspects of the diet.

If the link isn't working I'll contact tech support, but to access it all you need to do is just google "Low Everything Diet Nutshell" and it comes up. Sorry about that!! I'll get to the bottom of it.
