Hi Ladies,

Atomic has helped a lot with my questions but my situation is quite confusing and wondering if I can get some advice.

Hubby (46) and myself only have a couple months to TTC due to Hubbys work and am trying to not only TTC a girl but conceive asap.

As hubby has been away at work and came back yesterday due to his age and abstain for a week he released (protected) as I ovulate tomorrow my question is if we DTD will it be enough time (24 hours) to replenish sperm and is this girl friendly or conceive friendly at all?

This is so confusing and stressful! As much as I want to conceive I would love the best chances at a girl and unsure if this has been enough time for the sperm or worried it favours boy sperm

If i understand correctly, you think you'll ovulate tomorrow, you haven't had any attempt yet this cycle, and you're on a time limit to conceive. Stop reading this and go have sex right now! If you wait until the day of ovulation to have an attempt, there might not be time for the sperm to reach the egg before it dies.

Lol Erin ... she is right tho just go for it and you stressing over your attempt is V boy friendly so try and relax and just go with it ...

You need to have an attempt!! Have an attempt right away if you haven't or you'll miss the month.

Even IF there's less sperm than you'd like, less is more than none! Only one swimmer needs to reach the egg.
