    i have been mainly just doing that but my husband won't eat a meal without meat so i just have limited amounts of the meat (chicken or turkey) and eat the carbs and veg but still losing weight! think i need to add in more non-meat based protein as a replacement - eggs, nuts etc? Reckon body may be gearing up to try to ovulate again (much darker line on opk yesterday but still not darker than control and another temp dip this morning - still no EWCM though. We dtd on tues, should we dtd again today (sat)? - want to keep to one attempt in fertile window but worry tues was too far away!

    Yes dtd...this is day 4 since you last dtd....me i find the waiting 3 or 4 days heartbreaking....life is short and we are not getting any younger and i loves me some hubby

    You can DTD with protection more than that. The e4d is just unprotected attempts. The only downside is that if you DTD every day he'll end up depleted, so I'd not go more than every 2 days or so in the fertile window anyway.

    No idea what is going on this month - no positive opk (vary between quite dark but not darker than test to barely there), no temp rise. I had a period of relatively fertile CM but that was 6 days ago now and no temp shift. Going to increase calories/fat and try to keep protein relatively low but very strange as have pretty regular cycles normally. Hopefully I will ovulate late and have some signs that help me know when to dtd!! If not, will see doctor about annovulation. What a pain!

    I feel like we are having the exact same cycle!!! I just started whole milk Greek yogurt and although I do think it's coincidence, I got ewcm that evening. Here's my chart. Looks anovulatory to me although I got a positive on cheapie opk last night and then a low temp this am, so confusing....

    Just had a couple of days eating an egg a day and increasing calories and have EWCM this evening so perhaps a Valentine's attempt tonight....! Positive opk and low temp sounds good - perhaps you will ovulate today!

    The fat is a biggie. If you're eating low fat, even with normal pro and cals, people do stop ovulating!!

    full fat dairy and eggs!!

    Great, I had ice cream tonight and homemade egg fried veggie rice! Positive opk this aft so hoping yesterday's attempt was close enough to ovulation and that I actually go onto ovulate this time!
