Considering t hat you haven't gotten a definite line on a frer, your levels will be super low or non existent and some women naturally have up to 5iu of hcg in their system at all times. I'd say, wait until you see darker shadows and then make sure you get tests every 48 hours up to you though!

You can drop it in water and see what it does. If it's ewcm it will ball up, if it's semen it won't. Also, semen is not stretchy and it also has a scent.
