12 weeks.
But was on LE diet for 24 weeks prior to MC in August.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

He didnt really change anything , but doesn't eat much through the day always too busy at work .

DId you consume alcohol?

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I drink caffeine regularly

Any Diet Details?

My diet was very easy going due to the MC , but i didnt eat meat , delayed breakfast til 10.30am everyday . 3 meals a day didnt track towards the end .
I also drank alot of coffee with skim milk about 4 a day

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

No meat , tried my hardest not too snack but was abit hard bcos of Christmas. Through xmas i ate whatever just no meat ...
I really didnt eat until i felt hungry.

I was doing 5-6days 60mins+ a week cardio in the beginning of the year for 8 weeks but had to stop due to getting sick and too much going on i just couldnt fit it in . I lost 8 kilos when i was exercising last year

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Not much really only that i did lose alot of weight in the last year & half approx 28 kilos all up .
I also didnt take prenatal before my bfp for 3 months prior like i did with my last 2 boys

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I have 4 boys .... enough said lol . That being said iam ready to except what im having boy or girl as its a blessing either way .

Things worth mentioning:

I had blood test done apparently my Vit D levels were quite low as were my iron

Thanks ladies . I feel like i could have done alot more but i just got so discouraged after the miscarriage, my last sway i gave it my all . Will update when i know was going to go team green but i think its best to prepare myself !

Congrats! I had 3/4 coffee a day for months bedore I got my baby girl. No meat and just one attempt. Hope you get your sweet baby girl.

Hello everyone . Got NIPT blood test back baby is A GIRL ... Iam in shock totally cannot believe it and probably wont until i see her.
Thank you everyone for all your support i really appreciate it and this site im sure i couldnt have done it without all the knowledge .
I cant believe it my dream is coming true .
