This is the second month with bo AF and it scares me as I have never experienced anything like this. Im not gaining more weight than I already have and using the kettlebell atleast 30 minutes each day. Sigh...What should I do? Anyone here with PCOS (or PCO tendencies) who swayed succesfully blue? I know I still have a chance but I am wondering how big my chances are here.

Meoab, you've tested to make sure you're not pregnant, right? Crazier things have happened. From my understanding though, if it's PCOS related, PCOS tends to sway blue.
Got my bloodwork back. TSH is finally in TTC levels but my T4 has barely budged from its solidly hypo level. We're upping my dose, but this is more thyroid weirdness as usual where any advice online doesn't apply to me since I have no thyroid... and low T4 is very specifically lonked to early miscarriages. Sigh. I know hypo levels seem to sway boy, but I wonder how anyone's ever had a successful pregnancy with hypo levels. It must be my complete lack of thyroid throwing in the wrench.

@meoab -like Panther would suggest you test, just in case!
I have PCO tendencies but have two daughters (Clomid babes) sô can't quite say!
If not pregnant and you don't usually miss a period like that, might be worth investigating why..progesterone can be prescribed to bring on AF and get you back on track !
@Panther so some semi good news with the FSH being ok now though not the T4. What does your specialist say, if you have had a chance for a chat? Sorry I know nothing about thyroid issues so just want to say hang in there !
Ladies, hoping you can help here!
I crave Milo with cold milk...do you know if Milo is ok???
Also, want to drink red raspberry leaf tea- if ok for blue (seems so) would you drink it all cycle, af-o, etc?
Also, got my results from my fertility specialist: all hormones now back in normal range, and AMH is great...now hoping I actually can ovulate properly on my own!Lucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas (2013) (2015) (2018) (2021) and 1 sweet boy (2024) that completed our family

meoab no experience with PCOS but as throwaway said I think it may sway blue. Are you tracking with opks- I know they aren't as reliable for those with pcos but may give you an idea of what is going on i.e. body trying to ovulate and when?
TP- Good sign that your thyroid levels are getting better. My T4 has always been on the lower end and we successfully conceived DD - but I haven't had my thyroid removed so probably not the same..
LMSM - fantastic news about your hormone levels! Fingers crossed for ovulation for you! I'm not sure about the milo with milk I think it would be ok every so often but maybe not everyday as it does have quite a bit of sugar?
As for me - AF arrived today -28 day cycle which is better than last months 21 days. Worried about LP phase as + opk on D17 so only 9ish days... we tested my progesterone 2 cycles ago and it was ok at D21 so not sure what to do.

@LMSM: Back after the second m/c, he aaid to hold off until we're stabilized. This time, he just said "test again in 6 weeks" through a call from the nurse. My levels can only improve further so I'm planning MAYBE an April or May attempt? Who knows... DH is another issue now too though, since he's gotten much quieter about TTC. I think 2 losses in a row shook him more than he let on.
@boywish: I've conceieved twice with low T4! My issue is keeping them :/

Hi ladies. Unfortunately I am not pregnant. Did the test three times and got negative.. I have booked an appointment with my gp to explain the situation and see what tests we can do. I hope no clomid as it sways pink or any other pill that might sway pink :/. Its a good idea to track ovulation @boywish but wont this delayed ovulation affect my egg quality I am wondering? Its a bummer that the more I focus on getting pregnant the more stressful it gets.
Good luck Panther, LMSM and boywish. I hope we all get our sweet little boys. I

Hi Meoab – where are you located? You doctor should be able to test all the basics such as TSH, LH, oestrogem progesterone etc – to see what is happening.
Cycles do skip sometimes though – and if you had no fertility issues in the past, there is no reason why you would get Clomid prescribed... usually to bring on a cycle, one would get progesterone – when you stop taking them, the drop in progesterone more often than not brings on a period. Then you could be back on track
Are you taking any supplements, teas or herbs? They may also potentially have an effect on your cycle!
Delayed ovulation, is not necessarily your issue – as I said you might have skipped a cycle or so, only way to determine what the go is blood tests and an ultrasound – keep us posted as to what your doc says!Lucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas (2013) (2015) (2018) (2021) and 1 sweet boy (2024) that completed our family

TP – if the doc is not warning you not to try (assume he is aware of your losses and your desire to get pregnant again?) – then fx for you being able to trry again soon!
Was your husband the one to keen to try so soon after your DD or was it coming from you? Sometimes men just are indecisive when it comes to having babies!
And their experience of loss is different too – it surely would have affected him: my husband was deeply affected – he was so happy (maybe more so than me even!) to have me expecting naturally after the heartache when we were waiting for our 1st .
Be open about it with him and let him let you know what he feels and wants in his own time – as keen to start trying as you may beLucky Mummy to 4 sweet divas (2013) (2015) (2018) (2021) and 1 sweet boy (2024) that completed our family
