Welcome Sumbal! I think Atomic now recommends avoiding flax seeds (a bit in food is ok but supplementing not ok)...
This swaying thing has an impact on all levels..just dreamt last night we went for the NT scan , and they only managed one pic because all machines suddenly broke dozwn..but they said, don't worry come back tomorrow you ll be able to see your healthy little boy ( the place I go for ob scans does the Nipt test and intend to get the nipt when expecting ^^)... sô weird, but am hoping it's my bodys' way of saying "it's ok, it will happen!"

Fx for you too Bommy. The stats show the 2 attempts still increase your chances of a boy so hopefully that and a few HE lifestyle factors will help. Looking forward to hearing when you poas.

CD-8. Ovulation coming closer. I don't know exactly when ll ovulate. Will start OPK from CD-9. Once I got pregnant in November 2016 on CD-11, but got misscarriage. So by this calculation, it seems that I ovulate early like on CD-11 or CD12. Excited but nervous also. Please send lots of blue dust to me. Also suggest anything important for my sway.

Can anyone chim in as to what vitamins you are taking? We are planning to start trying in June so prepping this week to start next week with diet. I've read folate, a multi vitamin and maybe calcium? I'm 35 so I think she mentioned 2,000 of folate?

My essentials sway supplements are wheatgrass in whatever form you can afford, fish oil, womens one a day and vitamin D 1000ug
These boost all your nutrients but don't mess around with your hormones as far as I know
And of course a folate or folic acid for a healthy baby of any gender x
