Congrats doulamama, I´m not good at nub guessing but I was totally thinking girl too before reading everyones opinion.
I see that it´s parallel to the spine and not sticking out.
I´m so happy for you, I think all you 3 boys mom (or 3 girls mom) totally deserve to get the gift of an opposite as a fourth!
And 3 big brothers one little sister is such an awesome family make-up!
