Mommy I did it dry heaving this am [emoji22]! I have bulging disc issues that flare up every so often and today was the day apparently. So frustrating but it's not as bad as it has been in the past. Just going to have to hold back the barf from now on. Or figure out how to not put my back into it [emoji23]
