Thanks for that Mommy! If this weren't my last baby, then I wouldn't feel so opposed to a 3rd boy. I just reallly would love that girl experience!!! I'm 38 & will be 39 when this baby is born...just don't think I see myself having more. I mentioned this a while back in some of these threads, but DH's bro & wife are having a baby girl in July & they're stealing our girl name & it just kills me!!! I don't think it's intentional & I think we may use the name anyway lol...just hope we have the opportunity! We've had this name picked out since before we were married & everyone knew our girl name. SIL is newer to the family & I really believe she just liked the name too since it's pretty common, but what are the chances?? Ugh!

Have everything crossed for you that this is your sweet baby girl! I think every mommy has their heart set on at least one girl! Did you post your sway yet or will probably do that after dating ultrasound right?

This would upset me so much! We had a similar situation not long ago where my DHs best friend and his wife found out they were having a boy and she literally tried to steal the name my DH and I have had picked out for a boy since we had our first daughter. Except this was purposeful because it's not a very common name, and she took the middle name as well, just a few days after I had congratulated her on her son and told her the name I had picked out. I just thank God her husband is so kind to tell her no because it broke my heart to think there may be a little Oliver James running around my house that wasn't my own son.

@lola - I can tell you that 3 boys has been awesome! they play together well and love on us all the time. They have LOTS of energy, but we can deal with that. And my lap is just not big enough for all of them
They do get upset by that at time.

Ttc-ohhh that would bother me SO much! Why do people do that??? Especially if they intentionally do it & you are around each other a lot. Luckily, DH's bro lives 10 hours away and we aren't in the same circles, BUT they have the same last name & we will look like the ones that stole their name ugh. Glad most of his fam already knew our girl name though....so we technically had the name 1st, but they're having the baby first. I can't imagine changing it just to appease everyone else. No one has the same name in my family or circle of friends where we live.
Shann-Thank you too for that. I do worry about life with 3 just in general as far as fitting in the car, bedrooms etc, but we will adjust and love all 3 either way.Last edited by Lolabelle; June 14th, 2017 at 11:25 AM.

That's sweet Shannshaff. How cute that must be. Sorry meant to
like not thank. Tapatalk does that to
me a lot.
Max - I agree with others that it will be a win win either way. We are three sisters and we have one brother. Our brother was fully trained to be happy and involved with females well. I guess growing up with older sisters is indeed a great thing. I am younger to him
though but we have always had a special bond. It's silly how I m recalling all this when all the ladies mentioned it. So u just relax and get ready to start POAS. 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
Lolla - I asked Dh about twins when we got bfp. The look on his face was a mix of happy and holy moly what on earth are u talking about [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
I don't think We are ready for twins. [emoji52][emoji52][emoji52][emoji52] Dh said please let it be one. Like I can influence that. [emoji849][emoji849][emoji849] What about u? Twin girls would be perfect.
Ttc- I waited two days after af was due to test with dd. With all the excitement here, 7 dpo was the longest I could hold. [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]
I m glad your friend's husband was so considerate. I would have hated it if someone stole my name on purpose.
I pray u get your Oliver James soon 🤞🤞
Pbn- Good luck for the appointment. I know u must b sleeping right now. Will b thinking n praying for you.

Sky-and I'm so glad you tested b/c you could be excited that much sooner!! AFM-I think twins are very unlikely for me, but girl twins would be amazing! There were a set of boy twins on my mom's side-her cousins I believe?? I never knew them. Age is the only factor on my side. I just pray for a healthy baby-girl would be a dream and twin girls would be the best dream ever [emoji175]
Ttc-I pray that you get to use your adorable boy name too [emoji170]

Lolla - You have the body of a teenager. Honestly, You can easily carry twins. Age is just a number. I do get tempted with twins since we won't be going for number 3 and if we have twins then we won't have to and I will get the family I always wanted. [emoji12][emoji12]
But I worry because I am not a skinny bee and it will be so so hard.
I have bn out of the house most of the time these days since dd is signed up for so many classes and also it's a great distraction for me otherwise I
keep counting days until appointment and being my crazy self. I am happy that I am so busy and the days r passing by so quick. I only have tired feet because I am walking a lot. But I know it's good for me. I need to lose weight. [emoji51][emoji51] Being on boy diet did make me pack up on a few pounds. [emoji51][emoji51][emoji51][emoji51]
