    Question benadryl ???

    my husband takes benadryl and theanine almost EVERY night to help him fall asleep. would this sway either way? (i know its not a good habit to begin with!) i need to figure out if he should stop before we TTC for a baby girl!

    I think he should stop for his health and try melatonin instead, it really does help and is much safer over time than the Benadryl.

    For your sway, it may help a bit but I would not ahve him continue if he is able to give it up.
