but that having been said I think it's important to use it only AFTER you have stopped the Femara don't take them at the same time (since Femara is meant to block estrogen and then stimulate your body to make more)

So i would do something like what the woman in the blog did and take the Femara CDand then the next day start the Estrace and take thru CD 12

Never has for me. Ive taken it now 5 times Af arrived 14dpo every time.

No. It doeant do anything except releass eggs at ovulation. Progesterone does though yes. Trigger shot is usually out of my system by day 10 at most. Blood Hcg levels under 0.1. Af arrives everytime 14-15dpo.
