Ed4 or Frequent release

Hi there,

I would like to try for a baby girl, I've been on the diet for a few months now and I'm ready to start trying but I have a quick question about frequency.

My periods are not regular (for example one month it's 27 days and the next it's 33 days) and I'm not good with tracking my ovulation so is ed4 or frequent release inside my body (sorry for tmi) everyday from the end of AF better for conceiving a girl?

Atomic says to never do everyday for neither pink or blue, so definetly E4D
