Reading so much about this...and doubt my doctor would prescribe me this when I'm ready to sway given that I have two ds. How does it work? When do you use it. Any trusted sites I can order this from? And if youre ovulating regularly, should still take it?

Clomid- where to start?

We don't know how it works, only that it does.
Yes, people take it when ovulating regularly all the time. It does somewhat raise your risks of twinning or even higher order multiples but this has not happened to us (one set of triplets, but that was in a woman who was being monitored by her doctor and that is supposed to prevent that from happening!!)
I can't recommend sites for legal reasons. You guys buy it online at your own risk and I cannot be involved in it in any way.
Most people take it CD 3-7!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thanks Atomic!
A few more questions. Do you take clomid only in the month that you are trying to bd? I plan to go on the diet for 3 months before trying..should I be taking clomid every month including the month im trying?
Also are there stats showing those that ended up with boys? ..even after swaying for pink? I've read online just through a Google search a lot of people ending up with boys but I'm not sure if it's because they didn't do the diet, etc.
Thanks!!!

Yes, only in month you are actively trying. You MUST try every month on Clomid
We get about 75% with Clomid + pink sway. Yes, people do get boys on Clomid even with swaying. Most people who take Clomid are NOT swaying and in fact are doing everything in their power to conceive (including a lot of things that may sway blue) and also have PCOS which also may sway blue. So you cannot go off anecdotes online.
Studies have shown that across the whole population (including people doing nothing to sway, just those who took Clomid) have 3-5% more girls than is statistically expected.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Take Clomid only in the month you are actively trying.
You must try every month you are on Clomid.
Do NOT take Clomid if you do not plan to try to conceive that month!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

no, 50. No more than 50 unless you're under the care of a doctor (and this means REAL care - like with a doc that knows what they're doing. Too many docs throw Clomid at people in too high a dose and don't monitor them at all)

Yes Clomid is what is given to nursing moms. There's mixed evidence on Femara but Clomid is believed to be safe for breastfeeding.
