If i need to have something sweet after lunch, what kind of sweets do u recommend?

I have 4 daughters, and sweets was always my go to only meal I would ever eat was dinner. Only sweets I ever ate was cakes, cookies and brownies and I could eat dang near a whole pan to myself. Really never cared for candy or ice cream. Loved chocolate cake or chocolate chip cookies.

If you're on standard LE diet then any sweets that will fit into your daily totals are fine. Sometimes I'd have cookie or a few pieces of hard candy or sorbet. I had cake a few times too. I rarely ate chocolate on LE but I do love it!

Whatever you like other than dark chocolate (and probably even dark chocolate is fine.)

The only people who need to worry about sweets on LE Diet are those with moderate to severe PCOS. Most people can occasionally have whatever sweets they like.
