Quick question here - I know it's been covered, but I need reminding: what's the problem with having protein and carbs together at meals for someone with PCOS?

there is none. Blue swayers MUST eat protein and carbs together. But pink swayers can do that, it's just that they don't HAVE to like the blue swayers do! In fact, you will very likely have to eat them together not for the sake of your sway but because it's impossible to get the diet to work out without eating them at the same time. Just not possible!
